Job Description
- Review startup applications and help startups join the program
- Ensure startups get connected with the right team based on their needs and goals
- Constantly analyze how we can improve the customer experience for startups from application to joining the startup program
- Work on special projects to further integrate our workflows with broader sales
- Represent company at virtual and in-person events (when safe)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to thrive working independently
- Attention to detail and process is key
- 2-3 years of experience in customer facing role
- Passion for working with startups and helping them help their customers
- Persistence to ensure startups interested in company join our program
- Ability to manage tactical projects and strategic conversations internally and externally
- Experience collaborating with various teams.
- Past experience collaborating with sales is a plus.
