This role will also include working in our young people’s centre, carrying out front of house duties and providing a variety of administrative support to our staff team. The role requires excellent communication skills, an approachable and friendly manner, and the ability to talk to young people and members of the public, both face to face and on the telephone. Good IT, verbal and written communication skills are essential, and the role requires a high level of confidentiality, patience and accuracy. You will need to be organised, able to use your own initiative and prioritise your workload and be confident working in an office environment.
