Job Description
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the organization, be part of a fast-scaling company and contribute to AC’s overall recruiting success by providing a best in class experience to both candidates and interviewing teams throughout the hiring process.
- Supporting the team by coordinating phone screens and on-site interviews, while providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Sourcing and engaging with prospective candidates, ensuring timelines for responsiveness are met
- Tracking large volumes of candidates through multiple stages of the interview process including candidate communication, scheduling, testing and screening
- Leveraging existing knowledge of the local talent market to build competitive intelligence and a database of target companies
- Continuously expand knowledge of local, national and international talent markets, as needed
- Administering background checks, and preparing, sending, and collecting offer documents
- Scheduling and supporting weekly new hire on-boarding classes
- Maintaining and auditing human resources records including new hire files, transfers, terminations, changes in job classification, salary changes, etc
