Job Description
- You will be part of a team looking after existing clients, for all aspects of their policies including Renewals and Claims.
- You will need to be target driven (Renewal Retention & Cross selling) and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills essential.
- You should have at least 6 months Insurance experience.
- Relay experience an advantage.
- CIP qualification or progress towards same preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good organisation skills.
- Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies.
- Understanding of the minimum competency code and fitness and probity standards.
