Multiple and complex diary management for partners, occasionally scheduling client meetings and liaising directly with clients
Support with Capability tasks which includes organisation of meetings, minuting meetings, manage meeting actions, compiling reports, managing Mural board and general administration
Scheduling appraisal meetings for partners
Liaise and help co-ordinate with the US office
Excellent organisational skills are a must, in addition to having the confidence and ability to liaise with people at all levels, sometimes including our clients
Administrate contracts, MSAs and NDAs
Book complex travel and create itineraries for staff
Be responsible for ensuring any ad hoc jobs are dealt with either by delegating or completing personally
Covering Reception area as and when required
Any other admin duties deemed to be within your capabilities
