As well as gaining a broad range of technical and professional knowledge and experience, you’ll also gain academic and vocational qualifications such as a Level 3 Technical Knowledge Certificate in Business Administration and NVQ Level 3 (Competency).

What will you be doing?
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the business and provide a liaison link between the customer and company
- Receiving and responding to telephone orders, enquiries and queries from customers
- Support drivers, the service team (when required) and customers to ensure the smooth running of service
- Update, maintain and use IT systems, including in-house packages
- Assist in record keeping e.g. health & safety records, training records, personnel records etc
- Assist with incident/accident reporting and adherence to corporate policy
