Job Description

You will be an integral part of the team.

  • Supporting the Office Manager with a variety of administration and practical tasks
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Ensuring processes are followed and paperwork is filed correctly
  • Supporting and covering Reception when required
  • Help with business travel bookings
  • Maintaining and checking contract logs to ensure all paperwork is kept up to date
  • Support various areas of the business support team with administrative tasks

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in an office administration role is essential.
  • Accurate typing and strong computer literacy skills using Microsoft e.g. Outlook, Excel, Access, Word
  • Pleasant and professional manner as well as being an effective communicator both written and verbally
  • A-Levels (or equivalent) minimum
  • Ability to take on administrative tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Methodical approach with excellent organization skills
  • Motivation and be a self-starter with a positive team player attitude
