Job Description
Greet all patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout.
To register all patients as they arrive and update information accurately in SAP, the hospital computer system.
To answer telephones and respond to queries in a timely manner.
To accurately confirm details of appointments via letter.
To maintain appointment diaries
To adhere to the hospital Health and Safety policy and any other relevant policies.
To ensure all documentation is handled with confidentially

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Having an administrative background would be essential for this role.
Customer Service Experience – This can be via telephone or face-to-face.
Motivated and driven with excellent time management skills.
IT literate and a competent user of the MS Office suite of products with an advanced working knowledge of Excel, including formulas.
Confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers at all levels
