Job Description
  • Preparation of documents to send to customers
  • Dealing with daily telephone and email queries from the customers
  • Manual data verification and checking
  • Prosing Invoices
  • Chasing invoices with customers and suppliers
  • Daily Administration to support the team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in administration with previous experience in motor trade beneficial but non essential
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office, ideally with strong Excel skills
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Attention to details and good record keeping skills
  • Ability to priorities and manage a heavy workload efficiently
  • Experience of working against the targets and deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in work environment on a short notice
