Job Description

In this role you will deliver and maintain a professional administrative service to the External Business Team, particularly in regards to patient liaison, appointment bookings, management referral write up, client communications and support for the senior business team. Your day to day work will involve ensuring that service users are booked to have the correct vaccinations to begin in their work placements, support when they are in their role and ongoing health surveillance. In this role you will be liaising with our external clients and service users making use of your customer service skills and business administration to support both service users and employers. You will work with a multidisciplinary team ensuring best practice and efficient services are provided to our external clients and service users.
You will provide an efficient and effective administration service to all Business clients. You will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure, flexibility to learn and undertake a variety of tasks and a desire to meet the clients needs.
You will be competent with Microsoft Office packages and experienced in customer services and phone enquiries.
