Job Description
- Validate, pay and bill all keyed timesheets and cancellations
- Run daily Payrolls and Billing in rotation with other team members
- Process all PAYE starter details, bank details, P45 and any other new starter details
- Process all statutory payments and court orders ensuring payment is forwarded to the correct party within the set deadlines
- Assess all inbound queries and produce amendments as required
- Ensure that all aspects of Pension processes are completed to set deadlines.
- Involvement in the billing process for our clients
- Providing specific and individual client billing reports
- Maintain and build relationships with clients
- Produce costing on demand
- Oversee any bespoke billing arrangements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Competent IT skills particularly in Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Team player
- Confident of dealing with a high-volume workload
