Job Description
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide an outstanding level of service to customers
- Create an environment that delivers an excellent experience for customers
- Work alongside your team to grow your store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
- Keeping product knowledge up to date and being able to discuss currently industry trends with customers and colleagues
- Use your retail or customer service skills to engage in a positive manner at all times
- Must be able to drive and have 6 points or less on your licence
