Job Description
- Assuring that all UK transactions are properly registered and coordinating with subsidiaries to accurately register inter-company transactions
- As part of a team, preparing annual accounts
- Monthly profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reporting (individual and consolidated)
- Submitting VAT and Corporation Tax returns (UK and international)
- Setting budgets and creating reports for presentation to the Management Team
- Reconciliating invoices, purchase orders and transactions in the ERP system
- Assisting with financial auditing
- Assisting with the Intercompany transaction strategy, including transfer pricing and tax implications
- Developing processes and the ERP system to improve efficiency and scalability
- Generating the monthly payroll calculations
- Developing internal and external relationships with the Management Team and subsidiaries' teams, external Advisors and Auditors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with Dynamics Business Central or equivalent ERP system
- Experience in a global company and consolidation is desirable
- Good knowledge of tax and regulatory matters in the UK
- Up to date with accounting, tax and related regulations
- Ability to converse in Spanish would be advantageous, but necessary
- Proactive and able to drive improvements
- Ability to communicate well across cultures and to approach global tasks
