Job Description
This role would perfectly suit a naturally motivated individual seeking a varied role in which you will play an integral part in the smooth running of a busy office. You will undertake key administrative and supportive tasks, corresponding with clients and third parties by phone, email and post, deal with a varied range of queries on a daily basis, and keep systems in order.
- Process withdrawal requests for customers in a timely manner
- Check accuracy and completeness of new business documentation
- Prepare client review packs including valuations & supporting paperwork
- Ensure that all business applications are processes accurately and efficiently, in a compliant manner to the firms standards
- Answering and directing calls accordingly
- Liaising with relevant third parties chasing outstanding documents
- Ensure records are kept in line with GDPR and compliance regulations
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.
