Job Description
- Responsibility for the monthly general ledger close activities for both US GAAP & Local Statutory purposes – in particular, Fixed Assets
- Review of monthly reconciliations & journals to ensure high-quality compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP standards
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure timely completion & submission of controls, audit requests and regulatory reports
- Perform analytics to ensure accuracy of financial information
- Provide input on an ad hoc basis for key stakeholders
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified Accountant, with minimum 3+ years of Accounting experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
- Experience in SAP, AS400 ERP preferable
- Experience of Fixed Asset Accounting preferred
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and multiple tasks at once
- Strong Accounting, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
