Job Description
- Managing the accounting and financial reporting requirements, overseeing work performed by a range of outsourced accounting service providers
- Managing and supervising the month end close process for various companies
- Reviewing, understanding, and reporting on variance to budget to internal stakeholders
- Consolidating the results at month end (revenue) and quarter end (full P&L)
- Supporting Board reporting & quarterly investor reporting
- Supporting the annual external audit process
- Managing the annual financial statement preparation process
- Ensuring project SPVs are tax compliant, working with external tax advisors in the various international markets
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong academic track record
- Strong competency in working with large datasets
- Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exposure to renewables energy industry a benefit
