Job Description
- Processing day to day transactions on client account and office account;
- Processing banking online receipts and payments;
- Bank lodgments;
- Prepare bank reconciliations on client account and office account;
- Perform month end reports, routine reports, yearend reports and preparation of various reports;
- Prepare VAT returns and submitting to Revenue;
- Posting invoices and payments;
- Understanding and ensuring full compliance with Law Society Accounting Regulations;
- Keeping a record of holidays and sick days for staff;
- Keeping an off-site storage record;
- Liaising with off-site payroll service provider;
- Liaising with accountants;
- Some admin work.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Small practice experience;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Working knowledge of Key house/SAM accounts preferred;
- Working knowledge of payroll preferred.
