Job Description
- Answer phone and deal with client inquiries, couriers, visitors, contractors (ESB, gas, water, cleaners, etc.)
- Support communication with customers in Japan.
- Manage customers attending for technical training.
- Support travel bookings and visa applications for the team.
- General office GA (filing, forwarding expenses, meeting preparation and set up).
- Support communications with Japanese teams.
- Support translation of technical and business documents from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Potentially will be trained to support sales and service administrator.
- Support Monthly calls with Japanese Management / PVD sales team.
- Support translation of corporate and sales material to and from the Japanese teams.
- Support communications with key suppliers in Japan
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- 1+ years in office administration
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to Japan or Korea for periods of up to 2 weeks
- Must have a car
- Experience in translation would be an advantage
