Job Description
- Technical Real Estate specific accounting topics such as IFRS 1, vacancy provision, impairments, fixed asset accounting etc
- Highlight opportunities and risks arising from accounting topics and projects
- Business Administration support for option comparisons for commercial real estate projects
- M&A base lining of properties
- Business Administration interface for commercial Real Estate projects
- Preparation of documentation for approvals for business, Hub and Global sign off
- Commercial project definition and preparation, including cost/investment calculations
- Support in implementation of Real Estate guidelines and principles within responsible countries
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Cover for other Finance Manager’s as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience in an Accounting and Finance role in an international company
- CIMA, ACCA or ICAEW qualified (or equivalent)
- The ability to managing finance in a dynamic and growing business
- The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally
- Previous Real Estate experience
