Job Description
Preparation of financial statements, quarterly management accounts, and cash flow forecasting
Assisting the external accountant with preparation of annual accounts
Process intercompany transactions, journals, payroll and month and reconciliations
Fulfilment of statutory requirements including tax returns, corporation tax and PAYE/ NI contributions
Working with directors to develop budgers, including project budgets, management and analysis
Improvement of financial systems, processes and procedures
Analysis of financial performance
Schedule facilities contractors incl repairs, maintenance, Fire Safety, cleaning, parking and general site management
Maintain office and ICT functions to ensure smooth running of business functions
Review of essential services including insurance and utilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Xero (or similar) systems experience
ACCA or CIMA qualification
Budgeting, financial analysis, monitoring and reporting at a senior management level
Line Management experience
Operational/office/HR management experience
Excel proficiency
