Job Description
The team ensure any work carried out by our network of garages and dealerships is appropriate and cost-effective for the vehicles in our fleet. This particular role will see you operating as a senior member of the team, using your mechanical knowledge and expertise in commercial vehicles to approve jobs and act as a subject matter expert within the team.
- Providing an efficient and courteous service to customers and suppliers alike
- Reviewing and authorizing jobs through 1link
- Where appropriate, querying a job or price with a supplier, and negotiating to find a more suitable resolution
- Making recommendations for improvements to process, both internally and with suppliers

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You're incredibly knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and repair, and have a broad knowledge from basic mechanical issues, right through to more complex problems that may require the use of advanced fault-finding tools. You can build rapport with suppliers in dealerships and garages, and you're also comfortable working in a more corporate environment.
