Our client, a world leader in their field are currently looking to recruit additional support within their logistics team on a 12- month contract basis to assist with the scheduling and administration of customer deliveries. Our client is dedicated to offering a world class service to its customers and as such these roles would suit people with exceptional customer service skills who are highly organized and efficient with good administration skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience of using SAP is advantageous.
Responsibilities will include:
Working as part of a team
Liaising with customers via the telephone and online
Arranging the booking of deliveries and ensuring the compliance is correct
Accurately recording of information and schedules
Dealing with any enquiries
Creation of freight orders
Although the role is currently remote working initially due to Covid going forward when they return to their offices due to the location of our client you will need your own transport.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need: To be able to commit to a 12- month contract. The ability to work as part of a team. To be customer focused. Excellent organization skills. High attention to detail. The ability to work methodically. To be flexible in your approach. Confident IT skills including MS Office, Excel, SAP (advantageous).
