Job duties include:

• Assisting with customs declarations
• Booking courier shipments
• Booking road shipments
• Obtaining shipping quotes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Problem solving skills. Good written and spoken English. Customer focused. Excellent communication skills. A people person. Composed and effective. 5 GCSEs grade 4/C or above (or equivalent qualifications) including English and math. With over 20 year’s experience in the freight business, we hope you feel comfortable in the knowledge that you will have a true experts handling your goods from now until they’re safely delivered to their destination.
