Within this role you will be to working as part of a small but extremely busy team and duties include:
Answering incoming calls and responding to email enquiries in a friendly and timely fashion.
Inputting individual or bulk orders on the system and generating quotations
General administration tasks such as updating the internal sales database
Preparing and compiling daily and weekly sales reports
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy sales and customer service administration team ideally within a FMCG/Construction setting as well as first class MS Office and Excel skills. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of compliance as well as being confident speaking with customers and clients over the phone and will be able to communicate well at all levels of the business and manage their own workload and time effectively.
