The package for the position of Sales Manager is:

• Upto £24k basic
• Uncapped commission realistic OTE of £40k
• 22 days holiday PLUS bank holidays

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Directly lead the sales team, carry out 1:1's and annual appraisals & carry out the necessary coaching & training sessions
• Identify individual training/up-skill needs within the team through day to day observations

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Previous Property Sales experience in essential of 1 years Proven experience of managing a sales team is also needed Passionate, fun and have the entrepreneurial flare Self starter, quick learner and highly organised Clear and persuasive communicator Ability to build relationships with clients
