Job Description
Provide an efficient high quality telephone service to our customers and communicating and assisting with all levels of the business to ensure a smooth running of the office.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Provide basic administrative support to our managers
- Assisting managers with daily customer orders and processing it with our intranet
- Provide high level of service to customers on the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
- Processing and filing documents and customer invoices
- Managing a mixture of outgoing and incoming calls, whether it being general queries or customer orders
- Managing and replying daily emails with a professional manner
This position has the opportunity of progressing with the company
Working days Available to work 42.5 hours over 5 days out of a 7 day working week
Sunday – Saturday (Actual working days and hours will be discussed during interview)
