Responsibilities include:
As a Data Quality Professional , you will be responsible for the input, maintenance, quality and integrity of data held in SuccessFactors (HR platform for employee data). Providing support and working collaboratively with Analysts on correcting data issues and ensuring full investigations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Administration skills Recognised Service excellence accreditation is desirable Previous experience and/or interest in technology platforms associated with the service level Knowledge of data protection, governance and control frameworks is advantageous Ability to work at a fast pace environments Excellent accuracy skills Self motivated, enthusiastic team player with a positive 'can do' attitude Excellent communication skills - ability to build excellent relationships Exceptional IT systems knowledge and experience (intermediate level)
