Your new role
This is a unique role where you can really take ownership of your day to day duties. To be considered, you will also have Operations/Administration experience and be happy with incorporating this in with your day to day finance duties. Please see below a breakdown and brief summary of the requirements:
ACCOUNTS:
Daily bank reconciliation
Matching, batching and coding of all invoices
Matching PO numbers
Processing all invoices in a timely manner
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION:
Planning and scheduling
Liaising with outsourced clients for the business
Any ad hoc when required
Diary management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
