To assist the property managers with any administrative tasks with the goal of together successfully managing the properties in the portfolio.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Send late rent letters as requested
Maintain facility sheets to ensure tenant contacts and contractor information is up to date
Send tenant correspondence and building information to tenants as needed
Prepare new tenant welcome packages
Assist in coordinating tenant appreciation events
Administer tenant surveys and provide response reports to Senior Property Manager for review
Prepare standard contract forms for review and signature by property managers
Create and maintain organized paper building filing system and purge as needed with direction of the Senior Property Manager
Receive tenant calls and input service requests into work order system and dispatch to field personnel
Other Duties as assigned

Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of Two years' Administrative Assistant experience. Experience in property management office a plus. Good organizational skills. Close attention to detail. Effective communications skills (written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
