- Contacting clients and customers
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded
- Dealing with any maintenance requests accurately and efficiently
- Screening applicants to ensure they match the requirements
- Inputting data to a high standard
- Drawing up agreements
- Taking phone calls and responding to emails
- You must have at least 1 years’ recent experience in an Office Admin/Customer Service role and be able to build and maintain rapport quickly.
The role is a fantastic full time Monday – Friday some weekend work is required. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for progression and to be a valued member of the team.
