We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a highly successful business on the outskirts of York. The successful candidate will confidently speak with customers processing sales orders within the food and drink industry. Having your own transport is essential due to the location.
Some of the Sales Administrator duties are:
Speaking with customers taking sales orders and inputting these into the system
Using excellent customer service, building long-lasting relationships
Creating and processing delivery notes, arranging the orders for delivery
Creating invoices and sending these to the clients
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm, earning a salary up to £10 per hour depending on your experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Work well without supervision. Enjoys a fast-paced environment. Be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel. Experience using Xero would be advantageous.
