Job Description
- Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and month end processes for two companies within the group, taking accounts to trial balance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank statement reconciliations
- Vat returns
- Payroll Journals
- Ad hoc analysis for management
- Liaise with external auditors where required
- Pull together the inputs from the Accounts payable and receivable teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid bookkeeping experience to be comfortable pulling together a set of accounts
- Keen to have ownership of their work
- Looking for a long-term stable job role
- Experience using Sage is a bonus but not essential
- Good team player
