Job Description
- Produce Service Charge demands for each building in portfolio
- Prepare Service Charge demands on a quarterly and 6-month basis
- Update cash sheets weekly with service charge and major works received payments
- Paying Service Charge invoices
- Prepare ground rent demands on a quarterly and 6-month basis
- Assist external auditors with year-end queries
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Previous experience working within Block Management
- Knowledge, understanding and experience of Service Charge
- Experience of a Accounts Software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
