Job Description
- Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Processing monthly and quarterly journals
- Review of financial statements for the corporate entities (prepared by an external provider)
- Preparing monthly management accounts and monthly analysis for review by the financial controller
- Support and be involved with the implementation of processes, system and control improvements
- Prepare and submit the quarterly VAT returns and annual adjustment calculations
- Prepare and submit the calculation
- Review bi-weekly payment runs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Qualified ACA/ACCA with 2+ years PQE
- Experience within a Private Equity firm (Preferred but not essential)
- A good knowledge of accounting and reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
