Job Description
- Business partnering with department heads and senior leadership team
- Complete ownership of the annual budget preparation and forecasting
- Responsibility for the line management of two Accounts Assistants
- Reviewing the monthly management accounts alongside the Management Accountant
- Continuous improvement of processes and controls for the business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- You will be a qualified accountant with strong industry experience working for SME businesses.
- You must have an all-round skill set and the gravitas to lead a small team.
