Job Description
- Updating financial policies and procedures and ensuring compliance across the business
- Manage the financial audits
- Responsibility for cash forecasts
- Completion of content for Management Account Pack
- Completing Month End processes
- Ownership and control of key balance sheet accounts
- Projects and Process Improvement
- Resolves complex financial queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide finance training to colleagues
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- University degree with experience, or AAT qualification ideally studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Advanced Excel function experience - (Pivots, VLookups, SumIfs)
- Previous experience in a busy finance or department having worked as either a Senior Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant.
- Has the ability to react to an ever changing department and be able to multitask effectively
