Assistant Accountant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description
- Raising sales invoices
- Posting purchase invoices
- Dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Setting up payments in the bank
- Posting payments / receipts in accounting software
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing and other administrative tasks
- Ad hoc database cleaning and projects if required
- Assisting with month end reporting and other reports if required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Willingness to learn
- Intermediate Excel skills and Access Dimensions (would be an advantage)
- Able to priorities effectively
- Quick to learn
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Well organized and pro-active
- Flexible and reliable
