Job Description
- Ensuring financial processes, systems and controls are operating effectively
- Maintaining statutory records for the business
- Preparation of consolidated statutory accounts
- Preparation of budgets and forecasting
- Management reporting and WIP analysis
- Liaising with commercial teams on project performance
- Review of management accounts packs
- Managing and developing the finance team
- Handling VAT, PAYE and taxation
- Liaising with auditors, banks and other advisers
- Insurances and Quality certifications
- Project managing process changes and implementations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal candidate for this role must be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant
- Experience with payroll, bank transfer, board papers/reports
- Construction experience preferred.
- Experience managing a team
