Job Description
- Generation of monthly management accounts for all key entities
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for all entities
- Collate and update weekly flash reports from all sites
- Daily cashflow updates
- Production and submission of quarterly VAT Returns
- Be involved in the budgeting and forecasting process for each of the sites
- Prepare monthly site packs for each of the operators to review and work with the operators and senior team to identify errors
- Prepare all the packs for the auditors at the year end and liaise with the auditors to review the information and generate the statutory accounts
- Other ad hoc project work
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of all month end/accounting procedures but especially accrued income, stock movement, accruals and prepayments
- Experience in producing full management accounts
- Understanding of multi-site experience from a Retail, Hospitality or Consumer Background
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
