Job Description
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable/Supplier Ledger function– Posting Purchase invoices and Payments
- Supporting the preparation of the regular payment runs
- Responsible for the Accounts Receivable/Customer Ledger function -Posting and allocation of Customer receipts and Raising Customer Credit notes
- Handling of Customer queries and chasing late payments
- Reconcile Customer accounts with their statements
- Posting of all bank payments and allocation accordingly
- Performing Bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts Main/Retail/Web/EURO bank accounts
- Performing Weekly Retail Store Till Reconciliations for all the Retail/Concession Stores
- Supporting the Retail and Commercial team in their functions, as and when needed
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Part Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA Accountant
- Educated to degree level
- Relevant broader finance experience
- Intermediate to advanced excel
