Job Description
- Client Reporting along with any additional required documentation
- Rent raising and ad hoc charges including insurance
- HMRC reporting on UK rents yearly
- NRLS quarterly (Non-Residential Landlord Scheme)
- Performing monthly bank reconciliations
- Being responsible for the Credit Control; ensuring reminder letters are sent out and rent, service charge and insurance funds are collected
- Service charge reconciliations
- Setting up Client, Property, Unit and Tenants
- Dealing with any Client, Tenant and Supplier queries
- General administration of banking matters and internet banking
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience with previous experience
