Raising Purchase Orders before approval
Credit control duties
Working on the purchasing orders
Reviewing the current suppliers and changing if necessary
Inputting purchase ledger invoices
Sales ledger duties and raising invoices
Managing and being the first point of contact for expenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need strong Excel skills as a lot of their processes are manual and experience working with the system Xero is ideal.
