Job Description
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Monitoring cash position and maintaining accurate bank records; assisting with cashflow forecast
- Bank reconciliations
- Fixed asset reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Petty cash journals
- VAT returns
- Assisting with end of year audit
- Ad hoc duties as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good IT skills, experience with Sage would be an advantage
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic character
- Shows initiatives and has good examples of adding value to a team
- Strong communication skills, can build relationships with a range of stakeholders and at all levels
