Job Description
- Preparation of Group Management Reporting Packs on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Ensuring all company taxes are managed and paid
- Review and update financial appraisals and models. Produce and present information to assist strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for managing statutory reporting requirements for all companies
- Management of the year-end statutory accounts preparation process
- Liaise with external accountants to confirm fees
- Preparation of year-end Group audit files and liaising with Group auditors and ensuring compliance
- Analysis and project work when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 12 months’ previous experience in a role of similar responsibility
- ACCA/CIMA qualified (desirable)
- High level of accuracy and analytical skills.
