Job Description
- Implementing quarterly system upgrades, testing changes and supporting end users in adopting new processes.
- Maintaining spreadsheets, templates and reports
- Acting as the first and second line of support to end users, dealing with any queries and finding solutions where possible.
- Running month end processes.
- Supporting the Head of Finance to prepare the monthly management accounts.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Have a minimum of intermediate Excel skills.
