Job Description
- Reconcile daily cash/credit card takings
- Check and reconcile purchase invoices/credits
- Reconcile/post petty cash and credit card expenses
- Post monthly journals ie salaries and cashbook
- Reconcile and post monthly prepays/accruals journals
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Email/post external customer statements
- Check and reconcile supplier statements
- Reconcile and post any external or inter-company recharges
- Email/post internal customer statements
- Check and reconcile VAT to Nominal codes
- Update VAT quarterly spreadsheet
- Print and check Profit and Loss
- Chase any outstanding debtors
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in all round accounting
- Able to work well independently
