Job Description
- Prepare quarterly reports for designated entities such as variance analysis, VAT returns and management accounts
- Manage quarterly period close procedures including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce year-end audit files for subsidiaries and be a point of contact
- Assist with the quarterly forecasting of rental income and overheads
- Liaise with the team on any specific matters for designated entities
- Prepare the trial balances for multiple entities
- Ad hoc tasks as and when required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Knowledge of reporting
- Experience of working in the real estate sector would be beneficial
- Used to working in a flexible and agile environment to meet deadlines
