- Preparing forms and liaising with banks regarding setting up of bank accounts
- Drafting loan agreements and novation
- Working out repayment structures of loans
- Preparing drawdown requests for senior and intercompany loans
- Intercompany reconciliation and accounting adjustments
- Company secretarial document review and companies house filing
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly management accounts
- Journal postings
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Accounting / finance background with a solid understanding of bookkeeping
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Working towards professional qualification
