Job Description
- Responsible for invoice, expense, and credit card postings
- Preparing various management and month end reports
- Cashbook postings
- Some credit control
- Supports the Management Accountant with the weekly cash-flow forecast
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Any ad hoc Financial duties
- Processing payment runs
- Balance sheet reconciliations
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- One year experience within an accounting or finance function
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Relevant degree or qualification (preferable)
- Flexible, ambitious and able to take on new responsibilities
- Able to communicate well with those inside and outside the Finance Department
- Good IT skills including Microsoft excel
- Interest within the media and film industry
