Assistant Accountant
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Job Description
- Service charge accounts - statutory accounts (trading or otherwise)
- Documentation/filing - preparation, coordination, and finalization of Accounts
- Liaison and coordination with external parties including auditors, directors, property owners
- Prepare, finalize and coordinate accounts for lost sites in accordance with agreed process
- Other accounting services (including but not limited to: integration of new sites; VAT reporting; budgets; adhoc reporting)
- Resolution of queries from internal and external stake holders
- Internal reporting to ensure integrity and timely delivery of agreed reporting requirements
- External reporting to ensure integrity and timely delivery of reporting
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bookkeeping experience - good understanding of accounting principles
- Two years experience of working in accountancy or financial environment - ideally professional accountancy
- Ideally AAT, ACCA or CIMA background
